Moving into its eighth year, Women Making A Difference, Inc.SM (WMAD) continues to
salute extraordinary women who have made a difference in their chosen field of endeavor.

The growth of the event has generated an opportunity to celebrate future women leaders.
That is why the “Women Making A Difference, Young Woman Making A Difference
Leadership Award,”
has been created. The goal is to honor young females who are
actively involved in their school and community, recognize them for their achievements,
inspire them to continue working in and/or for the larger community, and encourage their growth as future leaders.
